The math for agents

A fraction of one commission. Leverage on every one after it.

On a typical sale, a full aerial photo and video package costs a small, single-digit percentage of one commission check. But it doesn't just market that listing — it walks into your next listing presentation with you. Sellers choose the agent whose marketing they want for their own home, and almost nothing closes that conversation like a cinematic aerial tour of the last property you represented.

Win one extra listing because of how the last one looked, and the photography has paid for itself many times over.

Twilight exterior, warm interior glow, aerial three-quarter view

What you get

Deliverables built for the way listings sell now

48-hour standard delivery. (Standard turnaround — final promise being confirmed.)

High-resolution aerial stills

Crisp, color-graded exterior and property shots from the angles ground photographers can't reach — lot lines, acreage, proximity to water, parks, and town.

Cinematic video tour

A smooth, stabilized flight through and around the property, edited to broadcast standards with licensed music. Built for the listing page and YouTube.

Vertical social reels

Instagram- and TikTok-ready vertical cuts, captioned and paced for the scroll. The same shoot, repackaged for where buyers actually are.

Twilight shoots

The premium option: warm interior glow against a dusk sky. Twilight exteriors are the single most clicked thumbnail style in residential listings.

MLS-compliant unbranded edits

Every deliverable comes in a branded version for your marketing and an unbranded version that meets MLS rules. No re-edit fees, no surprises.

For active agents & brokerages

Per-listing or on retainer

Most agents start with a single listing package. The busy ones stay on a volume relationship: priority scheduling, consistent visual style across your whole book of listings, and per-shoot pricing that rewards volume. Brokerages can put the whole office on one arrangement.

Questions agents ask

Before you book

Yes. Anton holds an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate — the federal license required to fly drones commercially — and carries full liability insurance. Certificates of insurance are available for brokerages that require them on file.

Almost always. Before every shoot we run an airspace check on the property address. Most residential areas are clear to fly; properties near airports may need an FAA authorization, which we handle — it's usually approved in minutes, occasionally a few days. We flag any constraint before you book.

Dry skies and light wind. Overcast is actually fine — it can flatter some exteriors — but rain and gusts ground the aircraft. If the forecast turns, we reschedule at no cost, with priority on the next clear slot so your listing timeline doesn't slip.

Through a private online gallery with one-click downloads in web and print resolution, plus direct MLS-sized exports. 48-hour standard delivery on standard packages. (Turnaround time pending final confirmation.)

Your next listing deserves the cover shot.

Send the address and your timeline — we'll confirm airspace and have a slot on the calendar the same day.
